Village at the Bluffs was opened in 2002, with the hard work and dedication of its Board of Directors. It was the Board's dream to provide affordable housing for seniors in Colorado Springs. Village at the Bluffs has 51 apartments for residents who can maintain an independent living environment with or without assistance.

The Board of Directors and caring staff are committed to assisting residents to "age in place", and thrive in the comfort of their own homes. The VAB staff builds community by providing activity programs and an onsite van for shopping and special outings. Our Service Coordinator provides educational programs and coordinates community resources to help residents achieve a healthy self reliance and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Our fair housing and reasonable accommodations policies ensure that residents with special needs are provided with equal access to programs and services.
